1. General

This website is owned and operated by Vector Design & Coat. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vector Design & Coat. We offer this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Services and Quotes

All information regarding our services, including design, fabrication, and powder coating, is for informational purposes only. Any price estimates provided through our website, email, or phone are non-binding estimates. A formal, binding quote will be provided after a detailed consultation and assessment of your project’s specific requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason.

3. Project Terms & Payment

  • Deposits: For most projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon approval of the final quote to cover material costs and secure your project in our production schedule.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery or pickup of your items.
  • Timelines: All project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will maintain clear communication regarding the status of your project.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the quality and safety of our work, clients are responsible for the following:

  • Automotive Parts: All wheels must have tires, valve stems, and wheel weights removed before being dropped off. We do not offer tire removal or mounting services and are not responsible for any damage that may occur if items are not properly disassembled.
  • Project Details: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any plans, drawings, and specifications. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vector Design & Coat is not liable for any pre-existing damage to items submitted for work, including hidden structural flaws, cracks, or bends in automotive wheels. While we take the utmost care in our work, our liability for any damage to a client’s property caused by our process is limited to the total cost of the service provided for that specific item.
